I’m Jess, a Sydney-based registered psychotherapist offering online counselling for adults across Australia. I support individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, and the emotional weight of caring for others. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that prioritises safety, collaboration, and meaningful change.

With a background in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling, I draw on evidence-based therapies including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT),

  • Interpersonal Therapy (IPT),

  • Attachment-based Therapy (ABT), and

  • Person-centred therapy.


I tailor therapy to each client, recognising that no two people, or nervous system are alike. I work with adults who are often high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. Many of my clients are women navigating anxiety, people-pleasing patterns, shifting identities, motherhood, or major life changes. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.

All sessions are offered via secure Telehealth, allowing you to access professional, compassionate support from the comfort of your own home.
